Bangladesh Country Private Sector Diagnostic Launch with World Bank Group

OVERVIEW

The Country Private Sector Diagnostic (CPSD), developed by the World Bank and IFC, aims to unlock private sector-led growth and investment by assessing the overall business environment and providing in-depth analysis of key sectors. The CPSD for Bangladesh offers a comprehensive look at opportunities and reform priorities to enhance competitiveness and drive sustainable development. The report will be officially launched during the Bangladesh Investment Summit 2025, in partnership with BIDA, and will be followed by a high-level panel discussion featuring leaders from finance, technology, and real estate. This session will help align strategies, foster dialogue, and support a more business-friendly environment—reinforcing Bangladesh’s position as a rising economic force in the region.
